What's in a name? 

Band names these days really bug me. The whole, let's add a double letter to a word so that we're original concept is completely useless, and irritating, but this morning I saw a band name in that fashion that really made me laugh: Ttotals. How dumb does that look. Ttotals.

Now, I'm not talking shit about the band itself, just the band name. I'm sure Ttotals are a decent band. Check 'em out below:

But the music itself has nothing to do with the fact that the band name is atrocious. 

Take MMoss for example, a band I've been a fan of for some time now. They only spell their name in all caps, and the double M's at the front and double S's at the end kind of make for a visual concept more so than an actual word. It's also fun to pronounce them M-mosssss.
